Who we are
The Fuel Agent (operated by R2 Media Group Inc) is responsible for the data described below. For any privacy question, email roman@ettransport.ca.
What we collect and why
- Account information (email and name) — to sign you in and identify your saved plans. Provided by Apple or Google when you choose Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google.
- Location (while the app is open)— to center the map on where you are and to seed the “From” field when planning a trip. We never track location in the background.
- Trip data (origin, destination, stops, fuel level, tank size, preferences) — used only to compute your fuel plan.
How we handle your data
All your data is stored on our own servers. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time by emailing roman@ettransport.ca. We remove your data within 30 days of the request.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access a copy of your data.
- Correct data that is wrong.
- Delete your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time — turn off location in your device settings, or sign out.
To exercise these rights, email roman@ettransport.ca. We respond within 30 days.
Children
The Fuel Agent is intended for adult commercial truck drivers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
